When you Buy a Red Seal car with new MVI & Warranty, we want you to be 100% Satisfied with your purchase. Our 7 day return policy starts when you take delivery of your car from Carisma. If you change your mind about your purchase and decide to return your car, you will Call or Write before the 7th day after taking delivery to schedule a return time. During those 7 days you can drive as much as you like; after all, it is your car. Your Refund upon Return will be Pro-Rated by 88 cents per kilometer driven after taking delivery and a Restocking Fee of 8.8%. Warranty Value cannot be refunded. Vehicle must be returned in the condition it was in when purchased. Our 30 Day Exchange Policy uses the same terms for Condition & Restocking, with 48 cents for km's over 400, for another Carisma car of equal or higher value. An exchanged car only be exchanged.
